Hotel Trader launches Action Center, a smarter way for Hotels to drive performance – Discover Action Center
Hotel Trader today announced a new integration partnership with Busy Rooms, further strengthening the infrastructure powering The Exchange and expanding seamless connectivity for Hotel partners globally.
The integration enables hotels using Busy Rooms’ CRS technology to connect directly into The Hotel Trader Exchange, simplifying access to global distribution while maintaining operational control, visibility, and rate integrity.
As hospitality distribution grows increasingly fragmented, hotels are under pressure to manage more connectivity, more partners, and more operational complexity than ever before.
By integrating directly with core Hotel systems, Hotel Trader continues advancing its mission to build the infrastructure layer modern distribution requires. One designed for transparency, accountability, and scalable activation without friction.
“Hospitality distribution only works effectively when the operational foundation behind it is connected, reliable, and built for real-time control,” said Hotel Trader’s Commercial Platform Manager, Charlie Barrefors. “Integrations with leading CRS providers like Busy Rooms are critical because they anchor The Exchange to the operational truth of the hotel. That connection gives hotels greater visibility, operational confidence, and the ability to manage inventory, pricing, and partner activity from a single, trusted infrastructure layer”
The partnership reflects Hotel Trader’s broader strategy to remove operational drag from hospitality distribution by embedding The Exchange directly into the systems hotels already trust and use every day.
Busy Rooms’ technology supports hotels with centralized reservation management, inventory control, and operational workflows across multiple distribution channels. Through this integration, shared hotel partners can reduce manual processes, streamline setup, and enable more efficient distribution management directly from their existing operating environment.
“Hotels today need smarter ways to manage distribution without adding operational burden,” said Werner Meyer, VP Partnerships at Busy Rooms. “Our integration with Hotel Trader reflects our vision of delivering technology that gives hotels better control, increased revenue opportunities, and simplified connectivity. With a single integration, hotels can instantly unlock access to hundreds of global business opportunities through one agreement.”
For Hotels, PMS and CRS integrations are foundational to making distribution both manageable and commercially effective. Direct system connectivity helps reduce operational overhead, minimize reconciliation errors, improve reservation accuracy, and ensure inventory, restrictions, and booking data remain synchronized across the distribution ecosystem.
“Our focus has always been on creating flow without friction,” added Hotel Trader’s Head of Supply Eleonora Penna. “By integrating directly into the operational systems hotels already rely on, The Exchange is core infrastructure that works quietly in the background, enabling hotels to act on opportunities, activate demand, and maintain control with far less complexity.”
The integration with Busy Rooms further expands Hotel Trader’s growing connectivity network and reinforces its commitment to building the next-generation architecture for Hotel Distribution.
Hotels using Busy Rooms can now connect to Hotel Trader’s Exchange through the new integration partnership.
