Overcoming complexity
The onboarding process was unique due to RWLV’s separation from their previous Hilton-based operating system. Integration required development work due to the consolidation of three reservation systems into one to ensure data could still be sent correctly across the Hilton platform for each individual brand (Hilton, Conrad & Crockfords).
Despite this complexity, onboarding went smoothly and once live, the value was immediate.
