A smarter way for Hotels to drive performance

Hotel Trader has announced the launch of Action Center – its latest product innovation – a brand new personalized recommendation engine designed to help each Hotel unlock its own unique performance opportunities, faster and with greater clarity and control.

Positioned directly on the Supplier Portal homepage, the Action Center introduces a more intelligent, proactive approach to distribution management.

Rather than relying on generic best practices or manual analysis, each Hotel is guided by tailored recommendations shaped by its own performance data, demand patterns, and distribution behavior.

This shift moves distribution from broad, one-size-fits-all optimization to precise, Hotel-specific action, ensuring every recommendation is relevant, timely, and aligned to the realities of that property’s market and strategy.

From insight to action, instantly

The Action Center acts as a central command hub for performance optimization. It identifies the top three highest-impact actions a Hotel can take at any given time, helping teams focus where it matters most.

Each recommendation is supported by:

  • Estimated revenue uplift, offering a clear view of potential impact
  • City-level benchmarks, enabling contextual, data-driven decision-making

This marks a shift from static analytics toward dynamic, actionable intelligence, enabling Hotels to scale their optimization strategies without adding operational complexity.

What Hotels will see

Upon logging into the Supplier Portal, Hotels will be presented with up to three personalized recommendation cards, each highlighting a specific opportunity to improve their property’s performance:

  • Expand demand coverage: Discover and connect with high-value Travel Buyers aligned to a Hotel’s demand profile, supported by insights such as average length of stay, booking lead time, and transaction value.
  • Fix availability gaps: Identify and resolve missing rates or inventory within the next 365 days. Hotels are directed to ARI tools to resolve issues effectively.
  • Create targeted promotions: Hotels can launch highly targeted tailored campaigns using machine learning–driven recommendations for price parity, lead time, length of stay or day of the week promos.

Each recommendation is pre-configured and includes a clear call-to-action, seamlessly guiding users to the relevant workflow, reducing friction and accelerating execution, with minimal effort.
